All personalized and monogrammed products are final sale unless a mistake is made with the monogramming or personalization. If we make a mistake, a replacement of the product you ordered will be sent out to you as soon as possible.

Also, this site is tested and certified daily to pass the HACKER SAFE Security Scan. This is verified by the Thwarte and Hacker Safe Icons on the checkout page. We protect your credit card number and ordering information. This includes your name, address, and credit card number so it cannot be read in transit.

We are required by law to charge 8.2% sales tax on all orders from Washington State.
Shipping Information
All of the items on the site have different ship times. Some items ship in 2-3 days some take 3 weeks. Please note that most personalized orders take at least 7-10 days to monogram and ship. Inside the description of most of our items is the estimated shipping time. NOTE: EXPRESS SHIPPING IS INTENDED TO EXPEDITE TRANSIT NOT PROCESSING. If you don't see a ship time on a product your interested in, please email us at customerservice@uniqueandpersonalized.com and we will send you the ship time.
When placing an order that requires a certain receipt date, please note the date in the comments section during check out.
All packages will be charged for shipping and handling. This includes back orders.
